Instructions for use:
- Set your intention. What do you want to bring into your life? Let the intention be a single, specific one.
- Based on your intention, choose the colour of your candle. If you want protection, reach for a black candle. If you want to manifest a specific goal, go for an orange or green candle.
- Find a quiet space and cleanse it energetically. You can use crystals, incense, or lunar water for this.
- Connect with the candle and give it the intention you set beforehand. It helps to close your eyes and visualise your goal.
- Place the candle in a candle holder or a small bowl into which you can pour some sand to keep it upright. Light it with your intention in mind.
- Watch the flame and visualise your goal. You can also meditate beside the candle or incorporate another ritual alongside it.
