Crazy Lace Agate is a special variation of Agate, known for the intricate patterns across its surface. Specimens come from Mexico and are believed to have formed approximately 65–90 million years ago.

Ancient Mexican warriors are said to have worn this variety of Agate as an amulet during battle, for endurance, perseverance, and courage.
