YOUR RITUAL

1. Create your sacred space

Light your candle, place it under the oil burner, and pour the incense granules into the top dish. Allow the gentle aroma to spread through the space. Make yourself a cup of warm tea. This is your moment to pause, breathe, and realign with your heart.

2. READ YOUR MESSAGE

Gently open the envelope-shaped pendant and read the message you received. That message found you for a reason — it is a gentle sign from the universe of what you need to focus on right now.

Take your new notebook and reflect on the message you received. Use the following questions to deepen your connection with this wisdom and bring it into your life.

3. TRUST YOURSELF:

When did you last listen to your intuition, and what happened? What doubts do you need to release in order to trust yourself more? Write a letter to your past self and thank it for every decision that brought you here. If fear were no obstacle, what decision would you make right now? When do you feel most confident in your inner wisdom?

4. EMBRACE GROWTH:

What personal growth are you most proud of? Write about a challenge that shaped you into the person you are today. What would you love to learn or explore? How can you step outside your comfort zone in a way that inspires you? If you knew you couldn't fail, what would you dare to make real?

5. INNER POWER:

What are your five unique strengths? How would the people who love you describe you? When do you feel most powerful and connected to yourself? What limiting beliefs about yourself are you ready to release? What is your personal motto that guides you into your power?

4. Seal the Ritual With a Love Letter

Before you close the ritual, write a short love letter to yourself in your notebook. Let it be a reminder, a promise, or simply kind words to yourself. Then close it and keep it as a message from your present self to your future self.

5. CONCLUDE THE RITUAL
